Renee's Famous Dill and More* Pretzels

I am not allowed over to my brothers house without bringing these with!

Ingredients:

1 gallon zip lock baggie

1 full bag of pretzels ( I use Old Dutch Fat-Free brand)

1/2 cup of Renee's Dill and More Oil*

Dry Ranch dressing (optional)

Directions:

Add Dill Oil (sprinkle 2 to 3 tbsp. of Ranch)

into baggie of pretzels shake up and lay flat. Make sure to flip bad every hour or so and sit overnight. Enjoy!

Renee's Spicy Caribbean  Peanuts

I was looking for a low-carb snack made with my oils...​ I was talking with a customer at one of my events and she mentioned peanuts! Well, thank you because these are Awesome! 

Directions:

I mixed up 1/2 of a small jar of salted peanuts with a coating of Caribbean Renee*, spread them out on a pan with parchment paper. Then, I sprinkled more spices on the peanuts. I put them in the oven for 10 minutes at 350. 

Ingredients:

Added spices included: Cayenne Pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt and

Caribbean Renee* Olive Oil.

Renee's Parmesan Homemade 

French Fries*

Want french fries that are not deep fried?

Ingredients: 

5 or 6 russet potatoes (serves 2), Grated Parmesan Cheese, and Parmesan Renee* Olive Oil

Directions:

5 to 6 cut potatoes in french fry cut style. Soak in cold water for at least 30 minutes-this is to reduce the starch. Strain fries. In a bowl toss about 3-5 tbsp Parmesan Renee*  Olive Oil and Grated Parmesan in with fries. Grease pan well with Parmesan Renee* Cook at 400 degrees in oven until fries are as crisp as you would like them checking every 15 minutes. Enjoy!

Cevichi with Cilantro Renee*

Enjoy this on a hot summer day!

Ingredients:

Shrimp cooked and chilled

You can use lots of vegetables in this dish and 

you can use this as a lunch salad or an 

appetizer with some tortilla chips. 

I used what I had leftover for veggies.

Onion, peppers, tomato, chives, white wine, Cilantro Renee*, basil and oregano. 

Always use lots of lemon and lime juice. 

Many use avocado too. 

Chop it all up and mix it together. 

It is so refreshing! Enjoy!


Renee's WhiskeyOil*

Steak Bites

The steak bites are great especially if you and your friends are just sitting 

around watching a game!

Ingredients:

1lb of sirloin steak cubed or

1lb of pork chops

3/4 cup of  Whiskey Oil*

1/4 cup of soy sauce

1/8 cup of water

Directions:

Add all ingredients into crock pot.

Cook on low for about 7-8 hours. Eat them plain as bites or shred it up for a sandwich! Enjoy!

Renee's Rollups*


Good snack for a party!!

Ingredients:

Sun-dried tomato tortilla shells. Peppers, chives, 1 block of cream cheese, turkey meat, and a tbsp 1/2  Renee's Dill and More* oil.

Directions:

This is easy! Just cut up all ingredients and mix them together. Spread on tortilla, roll it up and cut into bite size pieces.  Enjoy!!
