Cevichi with Cilantro Renee*

Enjoy this on a hot summer day!

Ingredients:

Shrimp cooked and chilled

You can use lots of vegetables in this dish and 

you can use this as a lunch salad or an 

appetizer with some tortilla chips. 

I used what I had leftover for veggies.

Onion, peppers, tomato, chives, white wine, Cilantro Renee*, basil and oregano. 

Always use lots of lemon and lime juice. 

Many use avocado too. 

Chop it all up and mix it together. 

It is so refreshing! Enjoy!


Renee's Famous Dill and More* Pretzels

I am not allowed over to my brothers house without bringing these with!

Ingredients:

1 gallon zip lock baggie

1 full bag of pretzels ( I use Old Dutch Fat-Free brand)

1/2 cup of Renee's Dill and More Oil*

Dry Ranch dressing (optional)

Directions:

Add Dill Oil (sprinkle 2 to 3 tbsp. of Ranch)

into baggie of pretzels shake up and lay flat. Make sure to flip bad every hour or so and sit overnight. Enjoy!

White Bean Chili made with Jalapeno Renee*


A great winter dinner recipe!

Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts

Chicken Broth

 (add as needed in chili beans and in chicken 

while slow cooking)

1 Raw Onion ( I like red onions)

6 cans of beans

White beans like navy beans,  white kidney beans, butter beans and or great northern beans. (I just use whatever the store has in stock)

Garlic, Cumin, Red Pepper flakes, salt, oregano, chili powder and 2 bay leaves

2 small cans of green chilis

Jalapeno Renee* olive oil 

(I used a few tbsp-depends on how much heat you want)

Slow cook 2 chicken breasts for 5 hours in crock-pot in chicken.

At the same time slow cook all other ingredients in 

separate crock-pot on low.  

Cut up chicken and add to beans.

Enjoy!


Everything Renee* Seafood Platter

Attention Seafood Lovers!

Ingredients:

Pick out some fun kinds of seafood you like. I use shrimp, crab meat and white fish. Cut up a mixture of veggies you like. I use cauliflower, broccoli and bell peppers. 

Directions:

Chop everything up squeeze some fresh lemon on it  and put it all in the tin foil with a good amount of Everything Renee* 

You can cook this on the grill, in the oven or satay it! Enjoy!

Renee's WhiskeyOil*

Steak Bites

The steak bites are great especially if you and your friends are just sitting 

around watching a game!

Ingredients:

1lb of sirloin steak cubed or

1lb of pork chops

3/4 cup of  Whiskey Oil*

1/4 cup of soy sauce

1/8 cup of water

Directions:

Add all ingredients into crock pot.

Cook on low for about 7-8 hours. Eat them plain as bites or shred it up for a sandwich! Enjoy!

Veggie and Chick Pea Salad made with Cilantro Renee* & Renee's Dill and More*

Attention Health Nuts!!

Ingredients:

1 Yellow and 1 Orange Bell Peppers, tomatoes, 2  avocados, 1 can chick peas drained, red onion chopped and feta cheese.

Directions:

Cut up all ingredients mix together with both Dill and Cilantro oils. I put a little of both in and stirred it then added a little more. Serve right away! 

Mix all together and Enjoy!

Southwest Breakfast Skillet Aruba Renee*

When you get sick and tired of the 

same old breakfast try this!

Ingredients:

Red and Orange Bell Peppers, tomatoes, spinach, and spicy chicken sausage or any other kind of meat with a spice.

Directions:

Satay all ingredients above in Aruba Renee*

In another pan scramble eggs in Aruba Renee*

Mix all together and Enjoy!

Garlic Renee* 

Pasta Salad

This salad will replace any old style

 Italian Pasta Salad!

Ingredients:

Choose your favorite kind of noodles cook and cool

Cut up broccoli, tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, bell peppers, black olives, and celery

Shred fresh Asiago and Parmesan cheeses

Directions:

Add vegetables to noodles and add desired amount of Renee's Garlic Oil*  and mix. Top your pasta with the fresh Parmesan and Asiago cheeses!

Enjoy!

Renee's Cilantro*

Lime Chicken

This is a Fabulous dish to cook in the 

spring and summer time!

Start by marinating the chicken in some of Cilantro Renee's Cooking Oil* for about 15 minutes 

Ingredients:

Chicken Breasts, Lime Juice, and Red Chili Flakes

Directions:

After marinating the chicken pan-fry it for a couple minutes. Place chicken in a baking dish coated lightly with some more Cilantro Renee* cooking oil, then add freshly squeezed lime, and red pepper flakes. Then put chicken in oven for about 20 minutes (depending on your chicken size).  Serve with fresh Avocados and your favorite rice. Enjoy!

Ranch Renee* 

Cobb Salad

This salad would be wonderful 

to bring to a party!

Things you will need to cook ahead of time: chicken breast, bacon, and hard-boiled eggs

Ingredients:

Chicken Breast cooked in Ranch Renee Cooking Oil, Avocado, Cherry Tomatoes, Hard-boiled eggs, Feta cheese, Cooked bacon pieces, Green onions, choose your favorite lettuce. I like romaine and red leaf lettuce!

Directions:

Set all ingredients in sections on top of lettuce. Drizzle some Ranch Renee* on top of your salad. Enjoy!

Garlic Renee* Croutons

If you love salads or just have bread laying around getting old this recipe is for you!

Ingredients:

Bread, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, salt, pepper and Garlic Renee*

Directions:

Choose your favorite bread and cut into pieces. Put bread in a bowl and season it with salt, pepper Parmesan cheese and garlic salt. Drizzle some Garlic Renee* Cooking Oil over pieces of bread and stir bread around. Lastly, spread bread out on pan and cook at 375 for 9-10 minutes. Enjoy!

Renee's Parmesan* Chicken Alfredo

This will be perfect meal for 

you and your kids!

Start by cooking noodles. You can use Alfredo Noodles or shells.

Ingredients:

Chicken breast, Parmesan cheese, noodles, Alfredo sauce, parsley, Renee's Garlic* and Parmesan Renee* Cooking Oils

Directions:

Cook chicken breast in Parmesan Renee* Cooking Oil then add grated Parmesan Cheese on chicken and fry in pan with some more Parmesan Renee* oil.  After noodles are strained drizzle Garlic Renee* all over noodles and mix well. Then put Alfredo sauce on noodles. Top the pasta with your sliced chicken breast, fresh Parmesan cheese and sprinkle some parsley. Serve with garlic toast and/or a Ceasar salad. Enjoy!

Caribbean Renee*

Pork Kabobs

Jazz up your grill with this Amazing recipe!

Ingredients:

1lb of Pork tenderloin, Pineapple and Pineapple juice, Red bell pepper, Sweet onion and J&R's Caribbean* Cooking Oil and skewer sticks.

Directions:

Marinate Pork in the Caribbean Cooking Oil and Pineapple juice while cutting up peppers, onions and pineapple. Mix Pineapple, peppers, and onions in the Caribbean Cooking oil. Then cut up pork last. Thread pork pieces on skewers alternating the Pineapple, peppers and onions. Grill or Broil for 10 to 15 minutes or until pork is cooked all the way. Pick your favorite side to complete your meal! Enjoy!


Renee's Parmesan Homemade 

French Fries*

Want french fries that are not deep fried?

Ingredients: 

5 or 6 russet potatoes (serves 2), Grated Parmesan Cheese, and Parmesan Renee* Olive Oil

Directions:

5 to 6 cut potatoes in french fry cut style. Soak in cold water for at least 30 minutes-this is to reduce the starch. Strain fries. In a bowl toss about 3-5 tbsp Parmesan Renee*  Olive Oil and Grated Parmesan in with fries. Grease pan well with Parmesan Renee* Cook at 400 degrees in oven until fries are as crisp as you would like them checking every 15 minutes. Enjoy!

Renee's Lettuce Wraps*


This is a great lunch idea and low-carb!

These are lettuce wraps made with ground chicken. You can use any meat or seafood with these. I cooked the chicken with Sweet Renee*, Peanut Sauce and General Sauce. Now you could cook this chicken in ANY of Renee's Cooking Oils depending on the flavor you want to achieve

 ( you don't need to cook with peanut sauce). 

I got some coleslaw from the store and also put peanut sauce on this along with a dash of rice vinegar. Place the slaw on top of the chicken then add tomatoes, cucumbers and onions. Top it off with Renee's Dill and More* and you will have the Best lettuce wraps EVER!!! Enjoy!!

Renee's Rollups*


Good snack for a party!!

Ingredients:

Sun-dried tomato tortilla shells. Peppers, chives, 1 block of cream cheese, turkey meat, and a tbsp 1/2  Renee's Dill and More* oil.

Directions:

This is easy! Just cut up all ingredients and mix them together. Spread on tortilla, roll it up and cut into bite size pieces.  Enjoy!!

Veggie Salad created by a 

cust​omer of mine!

This is a fresh vegetable salad mixed up with Renee's Dill and More* My friend put it in the freezer for 15 minutes and then served the dish. He said that really brought out the flavors. Tomatoes, Zucchini and Onion. Yummy. A must try!

Renee's healthy low-carb Pizza* using any oil by Renee*


This is a perfect low-carb meal!

Ingredients: 

Healthy tortilla shells of your choice (i use spinach or wheat). Cut up all of the ingredients you would like on your pizza. I used chicken 2 cheeses, 

black olives and jalapenos. 

I already had all of this in my refrigerator!

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and grease pan with Garlic Renee* Aruba Renee* or Parmesan Renee* ( you could really use any of my oils on this recipe). Add sauce of your choice and all ingredients on top and cook in oven for about 10 minutes. Enjoy!
